For the last 10 years, I have been working with international executives and young professionals, in talent management, executive recruitment, assessment & development center, career counseling, soft skills training and professional coaching (several hundred people already coached).
I achieved this experience through International HR consulting companies, one of the best French Business Schools and now with my own company.

In 2020, 𝗜 𝗳𝗼𝘂𝗻𝗱𝗲𝗱 𝗖𝗼𝗣𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗽𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲𝘀 𝘁𝗼 𝗼𝗳𝗳𝗲𝗿 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗳𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗰𝗼𝗮𝗰𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗼𝗿𝗴𝗮𝗻𝗶𝘇𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻, 𝗹𝗲𝗮𝗱𝗲𝗿𝘀 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝘁𝗲𝗮𝗺𝘀 who are engaged to create a better 𝗳𝘂𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗲 𝗼𝗳 𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗸 & 𝗲𝗱𝘂𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻.

In parallel, I am studying Philosophy, which fascinates me, and I am thinking about how to merge the fields of human support and philosophical reflection.
