A Coach PCC, Training Consultant and facilitator, I specialize in the corporate environment and have been supporting people development and performance in an international context for more than 20 years. Drawing on my formal training in psychology and coaching, as well as my professional experience in Canada, Japan and France, I have developed a multi-faceted approach grounded in my belief that people thrive in environments which are dynamic, challenging and respectful of both the individual and the organization.

I intervene in both French and English to coach teams, groups and individuals. A Canadian – German dual national, my multi-cultural, bilingual background brings a unique perspective to client issues. I partner with my clients to foster awareness, shifts and transformation to help managers and leaders be even more successful and to achieve positive, long-term, measurable change for themselves, their teams and their organisations.
